This Privacy Policy explains how AI Fruit Generator (the "App") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the App and related services. The App allows users to create AI characters and generate AI images and AI videos with artificial intelligence models.

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application AI Fruit Generator, including its character creation, image generation, video generation, subscription, and support features.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, character descriptions, and other content you submit to the App. You are also responsible for how you use, publish, or share AI-generated images and videos.
You must not use the App to create, upload, request, generate, save, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, hateful, violent, or otherwise violates applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.
You must not submit personal data, private information, images, voices, or likenesses of other people unless you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to do so.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other content. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, legally usable for every purpose, or free from third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, or sharing it.
We may remove content, refuse generation requests, restrict features, or suspend access if we believe the App is being misused or content may violate law, platform rules, third-party rights, or our policies.
The App may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may receive and process limited purchase information such as transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, and renewal status in order to provide paid features and verify access.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to Apple App Store rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:
We may use third-party service providers to operate the App, including providers for cloud hosting, backend infrastructure, AI model processing, media generation, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, content safety, and customer support.
These providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services to us. Their processing may be subject to their own privacy policies and data protection terms.
Apple processes payment and subscription data for App Store purchases. You can review Apple's privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
On iOS, if you allow Apple's tracking permission and have not switched off Meta measurement in the App settings, we send app activation events and details of verified purchases to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure our Instagram and Facebook advertising. This includes your advertising identifier (IDFA), event time, purchased product, amount and currency, together with technical app information (including app version, bundle identifier and operating system version). Meta also receives your IP address through the network connection. Meta may associate these data with your Meta account and use them under its privacy policy.
We do not send your email address, phone number, public username, prompts, generated images or videos, purchase receipts or transaction identifiers to Meta through this integration. We do not use Advanced Matching. The legal basis for this optional advertising measurement is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where applicable).
You can decline tracking and continue using the App and making purchases. You can withdraw permission for future transmissions at any time using the Meta measurement switch in the App settings or the iOS tracking settings. If iOS permission is denied or restricted, the App does not read the IDFA or send these Meta events. We do not use another identifier to bypass that choice or send past purchases after you grant permission. Withdrawal does not undo transmissions already completed or affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
The App stores the measurement preference and purchase transmission markers locally to respect your choice and prevent duplicate reports. These markers are not sent to Meta. Test builds may retain up to 80 local diagnostic entries containing fixed status and error classifications; they do not contain receipts, advertising identifiers or access tokens. Our production integration does not create these test diagnostics.
Meta's retention and processing of received information, including international processing and available privacy controls, are described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights with us using the contact details below, and use Meta's privacy controls for data associated with your Meta account. Other app services, including purchase management and Firebase Analytics, are separate from this optional Meta measurement.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
The App is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, request data portability, or lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
