You are responsible for the prompts, images, character descriptions, and other content you submit to the App. You are also responsible for how you use, publish, or share AI-generated images and videos.
You must not use the App to create, upload, request, generate, save, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, hateful, violent, or otherwise violates applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.
You must not submit personal data, private information, images, voices, or likenesses of other people unless you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to do so.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other content. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, legally usable for every purpose, or free from third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, or sharing it.
We may remove content, refuse generation requests, restrict features, or suspend access if we believe the App is being misused or content may violate law, platform rules, third-party rights, or our policies.
The App may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may receive and process limited purchase information such as transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, and renewal status in order to provide paid features and verify access.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may use third-party service providers to operate the App, including providers for cloud hosting, backend infrastructure, AI model processing, media generation, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, content safety, and customer support.

The App uses Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, cloud storage, backend processing and, on iOS, usage and purchase analytics. RevenueCat processes the anonymous user identifier and purchase information to verify subscriptions and credit Creation Tokens. AI service providers receive the prompts and reference images needed to fulfill generation requests.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You can request deletion without installing the App or signing in. Email mauricedann92@gmail.com with the subject Ai Story Video Generator deletion. Tell us whether you want all of your App data deleted or only specific projects or media. In the App, open Settings and copy the selectable Support ID; include it in your request if available. You may also include project names and approximate creation dates so we can locate the correct records. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may ask for additional information to verify that the data belongs to you.
The App uses an anonymous technical identifier and does not require a sign-in account. Once we identify and verify your request, we delete the associated Firebase user record, stored projects, prompts, generated or uploaded media, and support or feedback records as applicable, and request deletion of associated RevenueCat customer data. Purchase records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations are retained only as required. App Store and Google Play manage their own purchase records. Deleting App data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings.

We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense. If any analytics, advertising, or tracking technology is used in a way that is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, we will provide the choices required by law.
For operation and maintenance purposes, the App and third-party services may collect system logs, crash reports, diagnostics, and technical data such as IP address, device information, app version, and usage events.
