This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Calorie Tracker AI Scan (the "App").
We do not collect, store, or process personal data on our own servers.
App usage and related processing are generally performed locally on your device.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties.
The App may request access to your camera or photo library for scan features. This access is used only to provide the App functionality.
The App offers in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled by the respective platform provider (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play).
We do not receive full payment information such as credit card details. Payment and transaction data are processed by the platform provider under their own responsibility.
We do not use our own tracking, analytics tools, or advertising trackers.
Data created while using the App is stored locally on your device and is kept only as long as needed to provide the App features, unless you delete it earlier.
You can delete all App data at any time directly in the App: open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete all data.
Once confirmed, all locally stored App data is removed from the App storage on your device. If data was included in an operating-system backup (for example, iCloud or Google backups), deletion from those backups is controlled by your platform provider settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published with an updated "Last updated" date.
